CAPE GIRARDEAU - Former Southeast Missouri State University Sundancer Jennifer Carlton has been hired as the new Sundancer coach.
Carlton, who was on the Sundancer squad from 1993-95 was also a member of the Pom Squad at Cape Central High School from 1990-93. She is a 1998 graduate of Southeast with a degree in mass communications.
"We are excited to have Carloton direct the Sundancers squad," said Eric Foote, Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions. "She is very well qualified and will be a great asset to our spirit groups."
Carlton, who is employed at Timberline International Forest Products, takes over for Amber Martin who resigned at the end of the spring semester.
