Outdoor 2004: At Outdoor Conference Jen placed 4th in the 800-meter run and also ran on the second place 4x400-meter relay team. Was name Second Team All-OVC.

Outstanding student who is a two-time OVC Medal of Honor winner.

2003 Indoor: Sidelined from injuries second half of indoor season.

2003 Outdoor: Placed 9th in the 800m and 11th in the 1500m at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

2002 Cross Country: Started the season strong but was sidelined with tonsolites.

2002 Outdoor: Redshirted

2002 Indoor: Ran an early season PR of 2:21.08 in the 800-meters missed the OVC championships because of a stress fracture.

2001: Helped the cross country team to a 3rd place finish in the OVC by placing 20th hampered by injuries during the track season.

2000: Member of the cross country team that finished 2nd in the OVC.

PREP: Earned Missouri all-state honors in cross country and in the outdoor 400 in both 1998 and 1999.
