2005 Indoor: Ran on the OVC championship and school record setting 4 X 400m relay team ... placed second in the OVC 55m hurdles.

2004 Indoor: Ran on the 2nd place 4x400m relay and also on the 4th place Distance Medley Relay.

2004 Outdoor: Placed 2nd in the 110m hurdles, 3rd in the 400m hurdles and ran on the 1st place 4x400m relay. Named First Team All-OVC. Also a Regional Qualifier in the 400m hurdles.

At Hampton University 2003: Oustanding sprinter and 400m hurdler. Placed 3rd at Junior Olympic Nationals in 400m hurdles.

Prep: All-state performer at East St. Louis High School.

Personal: Born August 29, 1984. Son of Alonzo and Lisa Nelson. Graduate in May 2006 with a degree in biology.
