2004 Indoor: Placed second in the mile, fourth in the 3,000 and ran a leg on the first place DMR that broke the OVC record.

2004 Outdoor: Was second in the 1500m and third in the steeplechase at Outdoor Conference. Ran a leg on the DMR that broke the school record at the Drake Relays.

Ranked #8th on the Southeast all-time list for the 800m. Set Southeast school record in the DMR.

2003 Indoor: Finished 2nd place in the mile and 8th in the 800m at Indoor OVC.

2003 Outdoor: Finished 4th in the steeplechase and 6th in the 1500m at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

2002 Cross Country: All-OVC for the third straight year after placing 8th in the OVC championships.

2002 Outdoor: Placed 5th in the 1500-meters and 8th in the 800-meters at the OVC championships.

2002 Indoor: Placed 2nd in the mile run and 3rd in the 800-meters at the OVC indoor championships.

2001: Won all-OVC honors in cross country with a 5th place finish in the OVC championships won the individual title at the Memphis cross country invitational ran 800 leg on sprint medley relay team that placed at the Drake Relays placed 4th in the OVC outdoor 800-meters placed 3rd in the 800 and 5th in the mile at the OVC indoor.

2000: Placed 4th in the OVC cross country championships.

PREP: All-state in the 800 anchored the Harriburg sprint medley relay team that finished 5th in the state finals all-state in cross country.
