2003 Indoor: Finished 5th in the mile and 6th in the 3000m at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2003 Outdoor: OVC Outdoor Champion in the steeplechase and placed 7th in 1500m. NCAA Regional Qualifier in the steeplechase.

2002 Cross Country: Top runner on the cross country team ran 15:55 for 5-miles at the OVC championships.

2002 Outdoor: Runner up in the steeplechase at the OVC championships placed 3rd in the OVC 1500-meters.

2002 Indoor: Placed 7th in the OVC mile run in a time of 4:21.43.

2001: A member of the cross country team that placed 5th in the OVC championships placed 10th in the OVC outdoor 3000-meter steeplechase placed 9th in the OVC indoor 1500.

2000: Top runner on the cross country team redshirted in track during the 1999-2000 season.
