2009 Cross Country: Opened the season with a time of 19:14.5 second place finish at the 6K Saluki Early Bird Invite... ran a season best 25:01.18 at the 8K Greater Louisville Classic... finished second at the University of Evansville Invitational... finished eighth at the OVC Championships with a time of 26:44.40... finished 125th with a time of 34:44.80 at the 10K NCAA Regional.

2008 Cross Country: Finished 15th in the 8K at the OVC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:37.7... ran a season's best 25:50.08 in the 8K at Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic...finished fourth at the Redhawk Classic...opened season with a time of 19:06 in the 6K at the Stegemoller Classic...finished 14th with a time of 26:15.40 in the 8K at Eastern Illinois University...finished 87th in the 10K with a time of 33:25.55 at NCAA Midwest Regional.

2007 Cross Country: Ran a season's best 8K with a time of 26:20.00 at the Bradley Invitational...ran a 26:47.62 in the 8K at the OVC Cross Country Championships...finished 15th at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 26:51.47 in the 8K...ran the 10K in 34:13.00 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Prep: 2-mile conference champ...two-time cross country state qualifier.
