Cape Girardeau, Mo. - RHP Todd Pennington was tabbed with his second-consecutive Co-OVC Pitcher of the Week honor, today. The junior righty tossed a nine-inning complete game shutout last Thursday against Central Oklahoma en route to his second win of the season. He held the Bronchos to just three hits and struck out a career-best 12 batters to lower his ERA to a team-best 0.83. The shutout was a collegiate first.

Pennington has now tossed 15 consecutive innings without surrendering a run.
