CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (Tuesday, August 22, 2006) - The Southeast Missouri State baseball team will hold open tryouts for the upcoming 2006-07 season at Capaha Field on Wednesday,August 30 at 2:00 p.m. The tryout is open for all Southeast Missouri State University students that wish to be a part of the Redhawks baseball program. All players interested in trying out must bring proof of a physical in order to participate.

The Redhawks lost seven seniors from last years squad that finished 23-33 overall and 11-16 in the conference play.
