CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Southeast baseball has divided its 29-player fall roster into two teams for the annual Steak & Beans Fall World Series. Assistant coaches Chris Cafalone and Lance Rhodes will manage the squads. Game 1 begins Friday with first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m. at Capaha Field. The teams will face off again Saturday at 12 p.m.

After a 5-day break, the squads will return to the field on Friday, Oct. 17 at 4 p.m. Game 4 will be on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 12 p.m. If necessary, games 5-7 will be scheduled and announced at a later date.

Traditionally, the winning team is treated to a steak dinner while losing team receives baked beans.

All games are open to the public and free of charge.
