SE Missouri Falls to E. Illinois, 85-73 :: Brett Hale leads the Indians with 29 points.

CHARLESTON, Ill. (AP) - Henry Domercant scored 35 points to lead Eastern Illinois to a 85-73 win over Southeast Missouri State on Tuesday night.

The Panthers (9-12) shot 57 percent, with Domercant shooting 10-of-16 from the field and 10-of-13 from the free throw line. He also had seven rebounds, three steals and two assists.

Eastern Illinois led 40-34 at the half but the Indians (9-12) came back to tie the game at 45 on a 3-pointer by Derek Winans with 15 minutes left. Eastern Illinois answered with a 23-6 run in the next six minutes that put Eastern Illinois ahead by 17 points.

Both teams grabbed 30 rebounds each, yet Eastern Illinois was better from the free throw line, making 16-of-20 shots compared to Southeast Missouri's 6-of-9.

Jesse Mackinson scored 15 points and David Ross scored 12.

Southeast Missouri was led by Brett Hale with 29 points.
