Indians Come Up Short To Tennessee-Martin, 77-61

MARTIN, Tenn. (AP) - Jeremy Kelly and Joey Walker each scored 17 points Thursday night in Tennessee-Martin's 77-61 victory over Southeast Missouri.

Tennessee-Martin (13-10, 6-6 Sun Belt Conference) took a double-digit lead at 53-42 with 13:37 left on a pair of free throws by J.C. Howe. Southeast Missouri would not get any closer.

The Indians (9-15, 4-8) pulled to within 41-38 after a 7-0 run to begin the second half, with Derek Winans scoring five points during the outburst. But Southeast Missouri could not overtake the Skyhawks.

Bullock scored 15 points for Tennessee-Martin and Kenan Asceric added 10.

Winans, Tim Scheer and Damarcus Hence scored 12 points each for Southeast Missouri. Brandon Griffin had 11 and Brett Hale added 10.
