Box Score

Ruston, La. - Brandon Foust came off the bench to score 17 points and lead the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks to a 59-54 road win over Louisiana Tech.

The Redhawks, 4-3, had to come from behind to gain the win. Southeast trailed 25-24 at the half and fell behind by five points early in the second half, but a Foust layup followed by Jimmy Drew's only 3-pointer of the night, tied the score and Rod Pearson put the Redhawks on top for good with a drive that made the score 31-29 with 16:39 remaining. The Redhawks never trailed again, but never led by more than seven.

Jaycen Herring, off the bench, had 12 points for the Redhawks while Calvin Williams led the rebounders with six.

Louisiana Tech, 1-4, was led by Kyle Gibson with 21 points while JC Clark added 10.

Southeast will play at Bradley on Saturday night with a 7:05 p.m. tipoff at Carver Arena in Peoria.
