Bradley Beats Redhawks 90-72

Peoria, Ill. - Bradley held off a Southeast Missouri second half comeback to win its 29th consecutive non-conference win at Carver Arena. The final was 90-72 in front of 9,112 fans.

Bradley, 6-2, built a 46-30 halftime lead by making 4-8 3-pointers and 14-21 free throws. Southeast, 4-4, made only 1-9 from three during the first half and committed 15 turnovers.

In the second half, Southeast warmed up from behind the arc and put together a 10=1 run to pull within nine points on a 3-pointer by Jimmy Drew. Still leading 60-51, the Braves responded with an 8-0 run to go up 68-51 and the Redhawks never got closer.

Southeast was led by Brandon Foust with 17 points, while Jaycen Herring added 13 and Kenard Moore a seasonal high 11 points.

Bradley was led by Jeremy Crouch who was 7-9 from three for a game-high 15 points.

Southeast will open Ohio Valley Conference play Thursday night when the Redhawks host Tennessee State in a 7:30 p.m. The Hall of Fame game with Tennessee Tech will be on Saturday, 7:30 p.m.
