NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Nick Zachery scored 16 points Tuesday night as Arkansas-Little Rock beat Southeast Missouri State 83-56.

Mark Green scored 12, Danny McCall came from the bench to add 11 and Jake Yancey chipped in 10 as UALR (6-3) coasted to victory.

Southeast Missouri State (4-5) took care of the ball, giving it up only 10 times to a dozen turnovers for the Trojans, and the two teams were nearly even in rebounds - UALR held a 38-35 advantage on the boards.

But SEMO couldn't shoot.

The Trojans made 56 percent of their shots from the field, 28 of 50, to 34 percent for Southeast Missouri, 22 of 64. UALR made 8 of 20 3-pointers, to 4 of 14 for Southeast Missouri. And, Southeast Missouri was only 8-of-14 from the line, to 17-of-23 for UALR.

Demetrius King, coming in from the bench, scored 17 points to lead SEMO, and Damarcus Hence scored 12. Starters Tim Scheer, Brandon Griffin and Derek Winans were a combined 8 of 34. Griffin, though, pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds.

Zachery made 4 of 8 from 3-point range.

UALR had a 32-25 lead at the half, and was able to outscore SEMO 49-31 in the second frame.
