Goes to fall drills as a starter at free safety...forced out of a redshirt year and into the starting lineup as a true freshman in 2004... saw limited playing time in six games last season.

2004: Played in the final nine games ... recorded 16 tackles including 10 solo stops ... forced one fumble.

Prep: All-state selection as a wide receiver and defensive back at Cape Central High School ... also an all-conference baseball player.
