Breakdown: Southeast held a two-a-day on Monday. The team practice in the morning at Houck Stadium and in the afternoon at Rosengarten Athletic Complex.

Play of the Day: Wide receiver Vincent Anderson tipped an intended pass up in the air and hauled it in while laying on his back and still remaining in bounds during one-on-one drills between receivers and cornerbacks.

Look Who's Talking: "Did you get pad level? Mark this date down, August 13, 2007, we finally got pad level."
-Head coach Tony Samuel to defensive end Quentin Brown after he successfully got past his blocker on his way to the quarterback.

Up Next: The Redhawks will hold a walk through and lift on Tuesday morning and their normal afternoon practice.
