Southeast Takes Fourth at Pizza Hut Classic.

Philadelphia, Miss. - Southeast came in 4th out of 17 teams at the Pizza Hut Classic. The tournament was held in Philadelphia, Miss., at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club. The course is a par 72 and has a total of 6953 yards. Zack Decker tied for 4th in a field of 89 players, he shot a 72 making par for the course. Decker, a freshman from Ste. Genevieve, Mo., is off to a good start to his collegiate career. Mark Schmitz finished 14th. He shot a 76 finishing four strokes over par. Brian Sheehan finished 30th, he shot a 78. Brandon Couch finished 38th, seven strokes above par, at 79. Kent Phillips and Nathan Sprague finished in 67th, and Matt Litzelfelner finished in 76th.
The team plays next March 1 through the third. The tournament is the Tri-State Classic in Pickwick Landing, Tenn. The tournament is hosted by Tennessee- Martin. Hopefully the nice weather will continue so the team has a chance to practice outside.
