Johnson Finishes In Second At Bradley Fall Classic Team finishes in 10th as Johnson finishes two strokes off lead

Peoria, Ill. - (October 9, 2001) - The Southeast Missouri Indians Golf team finished 10th of 14 teams after the final round of the Bradley Fall Classic this Tuesday as Northern Iowa captured the team title. Southwest Missouri and Evansville rounded out the top three. After finishing the second round tied for second, senior Bryan Johnson finished the event tied for second again with Reeve Krikke of Northern Iowa who after finishing as the second-round leader, was surpassed by his teammate Mike Lewis for the overall lead. Krikke shot a final round 77 after shooting a one-under 70 and 69, respectively for the first two rounds. Lewis had scores of 72, 72, and 70 to take the overall title. Other golfers for Southeast were Matt Hillis, tied for 15th, Woody Hill, tied for 57th, Jimmy Blose, tied for 57th, and Mark horn in 75th. The Indians are next in action on October 14 as they travel to Tuscola, Illinois to compete in the Ironhorse Invitational hosted by Eastern Illinois. Complete results can be found here:
