Tuscola, Ill. (October 16, 2001) - The Southeast Indian Golf team finished in seventh place 20 strokes off the lead Tuesday in Eastern Illinois' Ironhorse Invitational and senior Bryan Johnson finished tenth just two strokes off the lead.

UMKC's Matt Willmott, the first round leader, survived a final round eight over par and a playoff hole to win the title outright. Only two strokes separated the top 10 golfers.

Johnson, who had a first round three over, 73, shot a final round seven over 77 to finish by himself in 10th. Other SEMO golfers include Jimmy Blose, tied for 22nd, Matt Hillis, tied for 37th, and Woody Hill and Mark Horn, tied at 67th.

SEMO travels next weekend to Springfield, Mo. for the Southwest Missouri Fall Invitational.
