Poovey's recorded 3 shots of the night as she converted for one goal.

Also leading the offensive attack tonight were seniors Julie Wunderlich and Valerie Henderson. Midfielder Julie Wunderlich led the team in shots with 4 on the night while Henderson and Poovey followed right behind with 3.

The Otahkians had a difficult time getting started as Evansville dominated the first 20 minutes, outshooting Southeast 7-0. The team gradually gained momentum throughout the game to outshot the Aces 18-14. Goalkeeper Amanda Wrzos was solid in goal as she faced 14 shots and turned away all four of Evansville's shots on goal, recording her 2nd shutout of the season.
