TULSA, Okla. - The Southeast Missouri State Otahkian soccer team allowed its first two goals of the 2001 season, but more importantly scored three goals of their own to run their season record to a perfect 7-0.

Freshman Erin Slattery and Diana Poovey bookended goals around sophomore Erika Todd's 30-yard blast as Southeast remained perfect on the season.

Slattery and Todd both scored first half goals as Southeast went into halftime with a 2-1 lead. Poovey's goal, her first off the season in her first game back after being out with mono, won the game for Southeast.

Goalkeeper Beth Guccione allowed two goals but made three saves for the Otahkians.

Southeast will face Oral Roberts on Sunday afternoon at 7:30 p.m.
