COOKEVILLE, TENN. (August 29, 2000) - Tennessee Tech found an answer for the nation's 14th highest scoring offense. The Golden Eagles (5-5) got goals from Cheryl Bjorgan and Angela Freund to upend Southeast 2-0.

Southeast (4-3-1 overall, 0-1 OVC) was shut out for its second consecutive game. The Otahkians did not register a shot in the first half but came back strong with 11 shots in the second period.

Southeast goalie Tami Hebert had a season high nine saves.

The Otahkians will next challenge Murray State on the road, on October 3 at 4:00 p.m.
