Will be number one player for Otahkians this season … only senior on roster … has been plagued by injuries throughout her career at Southeast and has not had type of season she is capable of having … plays and practices very hard … will lend guidance and provide leadership to underclassmen.

At Southeast: Completed 2000 season with a 6-6 singles record and 3-8 doubles record as the number one position player … finished 4-6 in singles matches and 3-7 in doubles matches in 1999 … received redshirt season after injuries enabled her to only compete in only two matches in 1998 … in 1997, won an impressive 10 singles and 12 doubles matches as a freshman.

Personal: Born 11-19-78 … daughter of Robert and Jenny Thomas … majoring in health management-athletic training and psychology … member of Psi Chi honor society … Dean’s List and Southeast Scholar Athlete awards … hobbies include playing cricket.
