From the South
Take Interstate 55 north to Cape Girardeau. Take the second Cape Girardeau exit. Turn right off of the exit ramp onto William Street. Continue on William to West End Blvd. Turn left on West End Blvd. Continue on West End Blvd. to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Continue on Broadway to Henderson Street. Turn left on Henderson Street. Take Henderson Street to Normal Ave. Turn right on Normal. You will see Academic Hall, Southeast's administration building, on your left. From the East (Illinois)
Arriving on Illinois Route 146, cross the Mississippi River Bridge, and continue straight on Morgan Oak Street, until you get to the first stop light. Turn right on Sprigg Street. Continue on Sprigg for several blocks and turn left on Normal Avenue. Go two blocks to Pacific. Continue on Normal Avenue through this intersection. From the West
Take Missouri Route 34 northeast from Wayne, Bollinger and rural Cape Girardeau counties to Jackson, Mo., and connect with U.S. 61, which will take you southeast into Cape Girardeau. This will become Kingshighway as you proceed into town. Turn left on Broadway and continue on Broadway to Henderson Street. Take Henderson Street to Normal Ave. Turn right on Normal.
